Any stock single item that has been purchase in error by the customer can be sent back for a full credit less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The returned freight cost is also the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has been shipped, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping. Special and custom orders, made to order items, multiple item orders, multiple quantity items, clearance items, cut yardage and roll yardage fabrics are not returnable. Any item(s) that needs a credit due to a purchasing error must be returned within (30) calendar days of shipment. If (30) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Orders with quantities of (6) or more of the same item, may not be eligible for returns.
All items must be returned in a new and unused condition together with all relevant paperwork. When we mention new and unused this means in original package and not subject to scratches, dirt marks, blemishes or trace of usage. All the item(s) sent back MUST be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with all the documentation, and other accessories to receive credit. If a returned item is damaged due to usage, acts of god, negligence, the item will not be eligible for a return and we also reserve the right to refuse the return if the original packaging is missing or damaged. You MUST contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to returning an Item(s). Specific instructions will be given as well as a return shipping address. Each returned item(s) will undergo inspection by our warehouse personnel and must be signed off by a manager before any refunds are authorized.
Returns of free shipping products will be charged an original shipment charge, typically 10-15% of the price of the item, along with the return shipping charge and 25% restocking fee. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Please be sure to include the order number on the outside of the box and at least one of the following with the product: invoice number, order number and/or account number along with a reason for the return. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D. If you have any questions concerning your return, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If upon delivery of the merchandise you notice a manufacturer defect please contact us immediately. We will ask you to email a picture of the defective item and describe the nature of the defect. If after reviewing the pictures we feel that the merchandise is defective due to manufacturing you will be asked to package the item back in the original box and wait for a call tag. We will replace the defective item with new merchandise and ship out a new item at no charge. All defective merchandise must be reported to our sales office no later than (15) days following the shipment date. Please do not confuse a defect with damage during the shipping process.
Customer Service will issue a return tag for the package and inspect the merchandise before replacing the shipment. This is to ensure that the damage was not caused by misuse or negligence. However, we are familiar with our products and the possible mishaps that can occur during manufacturing. If we feel that the merchandise has been damaged or is defective as a result of the manufacturing process, then a replacement shipment will be sent out immediately. Tarps Now® will not ship the new item until receipt of defective goods.
All our tarps and accessories are guaranteed free from defects at the time of purchase. In the event of a product being faulty, please inform us immediately within (15) calendar days following the shipment date. We require an email photograph of the defect. Upon receipt and providing we are satisfied that it is a manufacturing defect we will arrange a replacement. This warranty is only applicable if the product is new and unused and is in its original packaging. Our warranty does not include usage due to wind, storms, hurricanes, snow, fire or act of God. We strongly advise proper installation of your cover, we will NOT accept responsibility for pulled grommets as a result of product wear and tear, we strongly advise not to put an excessive amount of pressure on grommets, as this may cause damage to your tarp. The actual product color is not guaranteed to match the color on the screen. The product colors may also vary from piece to piece and panel to panel. Tarps Now® is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of the tarp or accessories, including any cost or expense of for replacing the tarp or accessories in question. Furthermore the warranty does not include damage due to misuse or improper installation. Item(s) damaged in shipping are not defective. Tarps Now® does not guarantee any other warranty other than what is mentioned in this paragraph. Faulty items that need returning to us and have been agreed with by Tarps Now® will be shipped back at our expense and replaced.
