Return Policy

Any single unused stock product (not applicable to custom orders) that has been purchased in error by the customer can be sent back for a full credit less shipping and a 25% restocking fee. The returned freight cost is also the responsibility of the customer. Once an order has been shipped, the customer responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping. Special and custom orders, custom covers, custom tarps, custom curtains, made to order items, large size tarps, multiple item orders, multiple quantity items, clearance items, cut yardage and roll yardage fabrics are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances. Any item(s) that needs a credit due to a purchasing error must be returned within five (5) calendar days of shipment. If five (5) days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Orders with quantities of (3) or more of the same product item, are not be eligible for returns.

Refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of delivery date of original initial order. All product items must be returned in a new and unused condition together with all relevant paperwork. When we mention new and unused, this means in original package and not subject to scratches, dirt marks, blemishes or any trace of use of any kind. All product item(s) sent back must be returned in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, with all the documentation and any other accessories to receive credit.

If a returned item is damaged due to use, misuse, acts of god, negligence, the product items will not be eligible for a return. Further, we reserve the right to refuse any product item return if the original packaging is missing, damaged or evidences any other type of use.

In all instances, you MUST contact and receive our approval prior to returning an product item(s). When approval is granted specific instructions will be given as well as a return shipping address. Each returned product item(s) will undergo inspection by our warehouse personnel and must be approved by our manager before any refunds are authorized.

Returns of free shipping products will be charged an original shipment charge, (typically averaging 10-15% of the price of the item), along with the return shipping charge and 25% restocking fee. All costs and shipping fees to return the item are non-refundable.

Please be sure to include the order number on the outside of the box of any approved return, and at least one of the following with the product: invoice number, order number and/or account number along with a reason for the return.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return. Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D. If you have any questions concerning your return, please don't hesitate to contact Tarps Now®.

Defective Product
If upon delivery of the merchandise you notice a manufacturer defect do not accept delivery of the product and contact us immediately. We will ask you to email pictures of the defective item and describe the nature of the defect. If after reviewing the pictures we feel that the merchandise is defective due to manufacturing, you will be asked to package the item back in the original box and wait for a call tag. If the product item has been used in any way, we will not accept the return of the product item.

In cases where we have approved your return, we will replace the defective item with new merchandise and ship out a new item at no additional charge to you. All defective merchandise must be reported to our sales office no later than (15) days following the shipment date. Please do not confuse a defect with damage incurred during the shipping process. In either case, do not accept the delivery of the product items, and then immediately contact us.

Customer Service will issue a return tag for the package and inspect the merchandise before replacing the shipment. This is to ensure that the damage was not caused by misuse or negligence. If we feel that the merchandise has been damaged or is defective as a result of the manufacturing process, then a replacement shipment will be sent out. Tarps Now® will not ship the new item until receipt of products we deem to have been damaged or defective from the manufacturing process.

All our tarps and accessories are guaranteed free from defects at the time of purchase. In the event of a product being faulty, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately. We require email photographs of any manufacturing defect. Upon receipt and providing an inspection which confirms a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement.

This guarantee is only applicable if the product is new and unused and is in its original packaging. Our guarantee does not include instances due to wind, storms, hurricanes, snow, fire or other acts of God. We strongly advise proper installation and use of our products, as we do not accept responsibility for damages such as pulled grommets which results from product use and/or wear and tear. We strongly recommend avoiding the application of excessive amounts of pressure on grommets, as this may cause damage to your tarps and coverings.

Actual product colors are not guaranteed to match the color on the screen or any other product sampling, as product colors may vary from piece to piece and panel to panel based upon the individual nuances of each manufacturing dye lot.

Tarps Now® shall at no time be liable for any fees, costs or damages in connection with the use of the tarps, covers or accessories purchased, including any cost or expense of for replacing the tarp or accessories in question. Furthermore, our guarantee does not include damage due to use, misuse or improper installation. Item(s) damaged in shipping are not defective. Tarps Now® does not guarantee any other form of warranty other than what is mentioned herein. Only items approved by Tarps Now® will be shipped back at our expense.

Custom Products
Any sales of Custom Tarps, Coverings and Fabrics are made to order based upon the specifications selected and may not be canceled or returned following purchase. All such sales being final .If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tarps Now® customer service.

Defective Product Policy on Custom Products
Customers are responsible for verifying that their custom products have been made to the specifications given at time of order. If the product was not made to the specifications given at time of order, the discrepancy must be reported to the Tarps Now® sales office no later than one (1) day after receipt of merchandise.

Order Cancellation Policy
To qualify for an order cancellation, you will need to contact us by email to request your order cancellation. You will need to provide your name, address, your order number, the name of the product to be cancelled and the date of the order.

Under no circumstances will any custom order or made to order item of any kind qualify for cancellation if the order has already begun fabrication. This includes, but is not limited to, special orders, custom covers, custom tarps, custom curtains, made to order items, large size tarps, multiple item orders, multiple quantity items, clearance items, cut yardage and roll yardage fabrics.

Please note that our rapid fulfillment technology systems are engineered to begin processing your order within minutes of its receipt, and as such, we will have committed materials, labor and various manufacturing and delivery processes to complete your order as rapidly as possible. As a result, we are unable to recover the costs of fulfilling custom made products and cannot cancel such orders.
