Our black waterproof tarps are water resistant, however, stitching on the seams may allow small amounts of moisture to penetrate and cause leaks if water pools form over these areas. They include brass grommets in the corners that are approximately spaced at 24’ intervals around the perimeter. This black waterproof tarp is breathable making it flexible for many different applications.
